A podcast is an audio or video media file that is made available on the Internet; it is much like a radio show or a video that you can listen to or watch on demand, either on your computer or -- if you transfer it -- on a portable media player.

Amina’s Grade 3’s researched the news in 9 Canadian cities & created a script for their own news podcast. The Grade 4’s researched one of the 9 cities in Canada and concentrated on the weather.

Students were paired with a student from the other grade & they will create their own broadcast of news & weather for their chosen city.
