It’s not enough to just lob another better mousetrap out into the market. And you can’t just say it’s better. You have to show it. You have to give people the emotional and logical reasons to act.


To do that, you need somebody who can understand what you do and why it’s important. Somebody who will take the time to understand your audience and what’s important to them. And then finds innovative ways to speak to them.
