Hi, I’m Cathy Kades, a professional make-up artist. Welcome to my website which is designed to give you some insight into my expertise, experience and clients.

I have been a professional make up artist for close to 30 years, and I love it!  I am creative, enjoy a challenge and I get to meet and work with some amazing people. Where else would I get to meet say ……”the Prime Minister of Japan” or “Elton John” or even maybe, YOU?

I work locally and internationally and have covered the make-up map from models to celebrities, from Kings & Princesses to Presidents & Prime Ministers, from Television to Photographic to Movies, from Weddings and Opera and everyone else in between. 

Working at The White House, FoxNews, CNN, HGTV and Vanity Fair Magazine are all in a day’s work.  Senator John McCain, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, King Abdullah of Jordan, Condoleezza Rice, Lance Armstrong and Robert Duvall  are some of the talent I have worked with.

My success can be credited to the excellent grounding I have had.  My years of studying Art and Graphic Design, Health and Beauty Technology, Make-up Artistry and especially my training with Bob Schiffer, make-up master at Disney Studios, added to my skills.  Professionalism, reliability and flexibility are key to keeping me busy.

As new trends take on the market, my style is constantly evolving.  I am HDTV and HD camera ready, including airbrushing.
