Our library is open every day at lunchtime for boys to borrow and return books, play chess and games, read and relax, draw and spend time with friends.

Borrowing :
Pre Primary to Year 2 boys borrow up to 2 items

Year 3 boys borrow up to 3 items

Year 4 to Year 7 boys borrow up to 10 items.

DVDs may be borrowed on Friday and returned on Monday.

Library Monitors help in the library each week in many different ways.

Parents in FOLA  (Friends of the Library and Archives) are invaluable,  volunteering to help in tasks such as book covering and shelving to keep our books in good condition and available for boys to borrow.

Book Week News

Our team worked hard to prepare for the competition in Book Week.

Morris Gleitzman

Morris came to our school on 11 August and talked to boys in years 4 to 7. He also held an advanced writer’s workshop.

Mark Greenwood

Mark visited the Year 3 classes and helped them with their digital stories.

Book Fair

This year’s book fair held in Term 2 was a great success and we were able to donate to the Hope for Children charity.
