On February 12, 2009 Sunset Ridge School celebrated the 200th anniversary of Abraham Lincoln. Here is the entire assembly and more. We will be studying him for the rest of the year. He was an amazing President.

I started this website during the 08-09 school year, then moved it, guess what - all the comments were erased! So, we are going to add our comments about Lincoln at a later time. Hopefully, we will re-post all 107 comments.

Other than that it was an amazing project and when these students are 61 or 62, I hope they remember the 200th anniversary of Lincoln’s birth when the country celebrates his 250th birthday!
