Welcome to my website!
I am a Dutch woman living in the USA
bringing you all the way from Europe,
my international knowledge, education, talents
and gifts.
I’m excited to offer you my global and holistic approach on how to live a HAPPIER and HEALTHIER life.
Having had the opportunity to travel to different continents like Europe, Africa and North and Latin America, I immersed myself in different cultures, dance styles and relaxation/healing techniques.
Growing up in the Netherlands, Europe gave me the right basis for a healthy and happy life style with lots of exercise and healthy nutritious food.
Throughout the years I developed myself to a Personal European Health & Wellness Coach, Massage therapist, versatile Dancer, Dance instructor and Artist.
