A Christian music group new to me called Enfield has a new album called O For That Day. The title song is probably some of the best music I have heard from a Christian group in quite some time. The lyrics of the song resonate deep within my heart. I highly recommend you go check it out. You can get the album from Amazon's mp3 download service for $8.99.

So, the Desiring God Blog has a great article on what RSS is and how to use it with Google Reader. If you are one of the few people that read my blog, and because I don't post often, you might want to check it out. It's great.

I awoke this morning at 7:30. I couldn't sleep. It was around 8am when I finally got out of bed. I couldn't sleep, to anxious about the test today. I piddled around, made a vain attempt to study some more and had breakfast. My mom called me to make sure I was up and ate breakfast before my test. I leave earlier than I had planned and get to the test center early.

About 20 minutes into my test I have to go to the bathroom, quite annoying. I hold it for a while because I want to make it through half the exam before I take a break. After another 15 minutes or so I raise my hand and wait for the exam proctor to escort me out of the testing area. I go and take care of my business and then reenter the exam area. After a total of about 1 hour and 15 minutes I am done with the exam.

I go through some formalities that have no bearing on my exam. Then it says it is going to calculate my score after I click OK. Putting the cursor over the button I pause for a moment and think that this click will determine if I have some reprise from studying or have another month of it.

CLICK

I wait, for what seems like an eternity, but is actually just a few seconds. Those who have taken these tests before know exactly how I feel. This is the longest 10 seconds of my entire life. There is more riding on this test than there was on the Series 7 test. Now that I've given three years of my life to this career, I can't advance any further without this test. What's worse is that if I can't pass this test, then the job I currently have as Assistant Manager will be given to someone else. Sure, if I fail it once I can take it again, but I could fail it a second time. So there is a lot riding on this test. Then I think about how little I actually studied for this test and realize that if I fail, it could have been prevented by not playing Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga on my XboX 360.

Then the screen changes and I see a lot of crap on the screen and finding my score is like finding a needle in a hay stack. Where the crap is it, I think to myself, why the hell can't they make it more...
I PASSED!!!
