Welcome to my site!  I am Megan, known to some of you as Bagel or Chicken Lips.  And if I’m not known to you at all, nice to meet you!

This site is my new blog, dedicated to chronicling my year in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.  In May of 2009, I graduated from law school.  Through an interesting twist of events, I decided to spend the next year volunteering at a an adoption agency in Ethiopia.  I started this website to keep my family and friends apprised of what the year brings.

I hope you enjoy the site!  My Evidence professor in Law School referred to bloggers as “exhibitionists,” and I suppose she’s at least 99% accurate.  So welcome to my life on display.
