Welcome to Ms. Abels’ Kindergarten website!  I am excited to be teaching your children for the 2011 - 2012 school year.

My goals as a teacher are to learn the strengths of each child and build on them as I also recognize and support each weakness, to encourage your child to do their best so that they will be a happy, motivated, and excited learner, and to keep parents well informed of your child’s progress, both academically and behaviorally. 

I am looking forward to getting to know each family individually as we work together to make this year a success for your child.
