92.5 The River, Boston’s independent and solar-powered radio station held a free lunch time concert in honor of the 40th anniversary of Earth Day. The concert took place on the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway, a new model of dynamic outdoor space that brings Bostonians together to enjoy everything that’s great about the city. The Greenway was transformed into a fun outdoor atmosphere that included free music, a kids’ zone and other activities.
