The primary objective of Engage is to give students an opportunity for hands-on experience in missions. Therefore, student ministries complement academic study with essential practical training in Christian service under the direction of career missionaries in locations around the Czech Republic. Opportunities will vary, but all will combine ministries of compassion, evangelism, and discipleship. Students will also have the opportunity to work with the national church.

The partner school in the Czech Republic is Vyšší odborná škola misijní a teologická or VOŠMT for short. VOŠMT is a Global University partner, which offers courses at a BA level through Global University. Students who are enrolled in a different Engage partner school can have the option of enrolling in online classes with their respective school as well as participate in some classes at VOŠMT.
