Just Stamp
Just Stamp
Here’s one for the mother! After all, is there no end to everything a mother does?
I ask that because I checked out my recipe for today’s card and noticed the ingredients kept getting longer and longer. Yet, it looks so simple.
To me, nothing says Valentine’s like glitter. And the main image of my newest stamp set, Love You Much, lends itself to chunky glitter application. No fine, detailed swirls. It’s all bold, chunky lettering and a sweet flower. The big mama heart is designed with the same sweet flowers as the main Love stamp—I thought some clear embossing would make them pop out without screaming at you. I also clear embossed the Kiwi Kiss offspring heart. A tiny Vintage brad makes the tall, Dazzling Diamonded flower smile.
On to the rest of the card. A small scrap of the Bella Rosa RHR stretches across the base and is accessorized with a must-show petticoat slip of Whisper White that was scalloped and pierced. The narrow Chocolate Chip ribbon ties it in place. Finally (and I think this MAKES the card) the top right is corner punched. The tall sweet flower looks like it’s stretching to escape its card boundaries.
