Hobbies: Working out, Running, Biking, Salsa dancing, traveling to new places, mixing music for my outdoor activities which include running, biking, doing the deadly Howell stairs on Capital Hill. Enjoy having dinner parties and cooking for my friends. I always love my time with good company and great conversation about living life to the full and opportunities.
Last Competition: 2011 1st in Figure Short and 1st in Fitness and Overall NPC Oregon Ironman Fitness and Figure Competition, 2011 3rd NPC Emerald Cup Fitness Competition, NPC Contra Costa Bodybuilding Placed 3rd, Fitness and Bikini Competition, Hayward CA. NCP Emerald Cup (Biggest show in the 2010 Seattle WA Placed 5th.
Competitions/Races: Ragnar Relay July 2011, 2010 (189 miles Relay Run), Seattle to Portland Bike Ride July 2011, 2010, NPC Vancouver Classic in March, 2009, Vancouver, Washington. Figure Short (I won my first fitness competition). 2008 Kitsap Family YMCA Run 5k winner. 2008 Night of the Champions Figure/Short Tacoma, WA Place Over all., 2008 NPC Emerald Cup Figure/Short. 2007 Half Marathon. 2007 Douthlaon (Age Group 30yrs. Winner) 2007 NPC Golds Classic Boise, Idaho Figure/Short. 2006 NCP Emerald Cup Bodybuilding Lightweight. 2005 Pacific Crest Olympic Ironman. 2004 NPC Ironman Novice Body Building Lightweight Won overall and 2nd in Figure/Short, 2003 NPC Ironman Seattle, WA Figure Short, 2003 Seattle Marathon. 2003 NPC Emerald Cup Figure/Short, 2003 IFBB (International Federation of Body Builders) Grand Prix Show placed 3rd in my first show ever.

History: I grew up in a traditional Mexican American household where food was not only part of my culture but also a social event. It wasn’t until I met my first trainer that I used stood the important of nutrition and exercise in a healthy lifestyle. I thrived in a holistic program that included education, motivation, and experience. I decided fitness would become my career. I then worked for a large corporate gym, which exposed to many clients’ whose goals including weight loss, muscle gain, functional health for pre- and postnatal, and sports-specific athletic training.

May 2011. NPC Oregon Ironman Lincoln City Fitness Competition
After 9 years of competition I can say it’s been a fun transformation! I get to play as an adult in gymnastics and dance!
