Katie Morrow
Katie Morrow currently serves as technology integration specialist for O'Neill Public Schools, where she leads a 1 to 1 laptop initiative for grades 7-12. A fifth grade teacher for ten years prior, Katie found her love of educational technology when she witnessed firsthand the way it helped hook her students and engage them in the learning process.
Katie has been honored as an Apple Distinguished Educator, SMART Exemplary Educator, Google Certified Teacher, a Technology and Learning "Leader of the Year," and with NETA's Excellence in Teaching with Technology Award. However, the awards of which she is most proud are the ones her students earn each year. In addition to her duties at O'Neill, she enjoys teaching graduate courses for teachers, presenting at workshops and conferences, and loves learning!
