For many years, Sheila worked as an actor and writer. She has worked in all the major London theatres (the National, RSC, Royal Court, etc) and has starred in many TV dramas and films - most notably Mike Leigh's 'Nuts in May', more recently, Stephen Bill's TV series, 'The Locksmith' and 'Jack Rosenthal's series, 'Moving Story'.
Sheila is a member of the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists (RBSA) and the Leamington Studio Artists (LSA).
