How To Caption for Everyone
Why caption?
Captions are becoming more and more used for television and on the internet. Captions are used on televisions in bars, airports and at the gym. As well as in Universal Course Design. As a visual learner myself having captions to go along with educational videos just reinforces what I am seeing and hearing.
Reason for this site:
This project was done as an independent Study at the University of New Hampshire for the purpose of learning how to caption videos and comparing the pros and cons of each method in a cost effective way.
