Anita Carr is known as the quintessential self-starter.  Having an eye for real estate value at the young age of 19, Anita purchased her first property while working in the sales field. After completion of college Anita earned the license to practice as a Registered Nurse. Learning about people from many walks of life, literally from the inside out, Anita possesses communication and organizational skills unlike any other sales professional.  After nursing for 27 years, Anita transitioned into Real Estate to resume sales work. Seeing the trends moving towards online marketing in 2004, she obtained the designation of ePro. ePro is an educational program affording in depth knowledge of Internet Marketing.  Always equipped with a PC and wireless internet access so that contracts can be signed on the spot, Anita is one of the few Realtors who maintains a completely mobile office.

Melissa is a licensed and full service Realtor with over eight years of experience. While Melissa earned her Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton, she assisted Anita as a transaction coordinator. In depth knowledge of contracts, organization, and the process of the transaction helped paved the way for great success as Melissa grew her own leasing and property management business. With experience in overseeing a Leasing Department in a top Laguna Beach Real Estate Firm, Melissa can manage people, information, and marketing of products with ease. Her knowledge and experimentation in Marketing and Technology keep her practices ahead of the competition and in demand.
